2. What data we process

Through the contact form we process: your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message content. While you use the site, technical data is also processed (including IP address, browser type and version) recorded in server logs and by our CDN provider.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your contact-form enquiry — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest: replying to you).
• Protecting the form against spam and bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Aggregated, cookieless website audience statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We do not store contact-form submissions in our system — your message is delivered only to our email inbox and kept for the time needed to handle the correspondence. We do not use it to build a marketing database.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be entrusted to processors acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (SEOHost), Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile anti-spam protection and Web Analytics statistics), and the provider of the email service handling packfood@packfood.eu.

6. Cookies

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, CSRF security token). Cloudflare Turnstile and Web Analytics operate without cookies and are not used for cross-site tracking. We do not use marketing cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time.

8. Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
